Position Details: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will provide vital administrative support to the HR department, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication within the team and across the company. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with company policies and regulations.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, including policy updates and employee handbooks.
  • Assist in organizing employee training sessions, workshops, and other HR initiatives.
  • Handle incoming HR inquiries and provide support to employees regarding policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and maintain HR schedules, meetings, and events.
  • Process employee benefits, payroll, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Help maintain a positive workplace environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives.
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within HR.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
